Delightful and simple to prepare, this freshly made pasta can be enjoyed with just olive oil and Parmesan cheese or incorporated into various pasta dishes.
Fresh Pasta Dough

What you'll need:

Ingredients:
200g all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
½ tsp sea salt
½ TBSP extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation:
Place the flour on a board or in a bowl. Make a well in the centre and crack the eggs into it. Beat the eggs with a fork until smooth.
Using the tips of your fingers, mix the eggs with the flour, incorporating a little at a time, until everything is combined.
Knead the pieces of dough together – until you have a smooth lump of dough!
Work it.
Wrap the dough completely in clingfilm and rest I fridge for at least 30 minutes
Roll in a pasta machine or by hand with a rolling pin (and plenty of extra flour)
